How it works
FocusFlow follows the Pomodoro Technique: work in a focused interval (25 minutes by default), then take a short break. After a set number of focus sessions, you get a longer break. Everything runs on a timer inside your browser tab, with no server involved and no account needed.
Frequently asked questions
Is this free to use?
Yes. There's no sign-up and no limit on how many sessions you run.
What is the Pomodoro Technique?
A time-management method of working in focused intervals, separated by short breaks, with a longer break after every few intervals.
Can I change the timer lengths?
Yes. Focus length, short break, long break, and how many focus sessions happen before a long break are all adjustable, and your choices are remembered on your next visit.
Does it keep running if I close the tab?
No. The timer runs in your browser only, so it stops if you close the tab. Your settings and total completed sessions are saved locally and will be there when you come back.
